End of Support for Windows 10 20H2 (2009)
Microsoft will discontinue support for Windows 10 20h2 (version 2009) on 9th May 2023.
From this date, Microsoft will no longer provide any further security updates for this version. This also affects the Enterprise variant used on campus. We recommend performing an upgrade to Windows 10 22H2 (Version 2209) or Windows 10 21H2 (Version 2109) immediately.
The upgrade can be performed, for example, using the media available in the service portal.
To find out which version of Windows is running on your device,
- press the Windows logo key + R,
- type winver into the Open field,
- and click OK.
